Corporate profile

Who we are, on paper

Clearpine Technologies Inc. is a Canadian information technology services company incorporated federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act and registered extraprovincially in British Columbia. We deliver managed IT support, cybersecurity, hardware deployment and IT project management to private and public sector clients.

We are structured to work either as a direct supplier or as a subcontractor to prime contractors on larger engagements, with the documentation, insurance and process discipline public sector procurement requires.

We are a small firm, and we state that openly. Buyers get direct access to senior personnel and fast decisions, without the overhead of a large vendor. For engagements requiring more capacity than our core team, we scale through a network of vetted senior contractors proposed by name with CVs, and we are equally available as specialist capacity within a prime contractor's delivery structure. Where an engagement exceeds what we can genuinely staff, we say so during scoping rather than after award.

Core service categories

  • Managed IT support — helpdesk, endpoint management, patching, monitoring, backup verification
  • Cybersecurity — firewall design and configuration, network segmentation, multi-factor authentication, access control, endpoint protection, backup and recovery testing, security assessment
  • Hardware deployment and infrastructure — servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, switching, structured cabling, multi-site rollouts and refresh programs
  • IT project management — delivery governance, risk management, multi-vendor coordination, stakeholder reporting

Supporting capabilities

  • Cloud infrastructure — Microsoft 365, Azure, migration and hybrid environments
  • Systems integration and data migration
  • Custom software development and workflow automation

Relevant delivery experience

Our founder has delivered complete clinic IT infrastructure for optometry practices on engagements valued up to $40,000 — covering server and workstation deployment, network and firewall design, structured cabling, backup, diagnostic equipment integration and ongoing managed support.

We present this as founder experience rather than corporate past performance, because Clearpine Technologies Inc. was incorporated in August 2026. The distinction matters in procurement, and personnel experience is evaluated on its own merits. Full case study →

The relevance to public sector work is direct: clinics operate under PIPEDA, so the controls involved — access management, network segmentation, encryption, tested backup and retention — are the same ones government security questionnaires assess.

Procurement

How we engage with public sector buyers

We understand that public procurement is rules-driven and that a strong solution which misses a mandatory requirement scores zero. Our proposals are built to the evaluation grid.

Direct bidding

Registered to receive and respond to federal and provincial tender opportunities, with proposals structured against stated evaluation criteria and mandatory requirements.

Subcontracting

Available to prime contractors as specialist capacity on defined workstreams, working to the prime's delivery standards, reporting cadence and security requirements.

Security screening

We are progressing organizational security screening and can propose personnel who hold, or are eligible for, federal security clearance at the level a contract requires.

Insurance

Commercial general liability, professional liability (errors and omissions) and cyber coverage. Certificates of insurance provided on request during evaluation.

Scalable resourcing

A network of vetted senior contractors allows us to propose qualified named resources for multi-person requirements without compromising on experience.

Documentation standards

Architecture documentation, runbooks, test evidence and handover materials are treated as contract deliverables, not optional extras.

Delivery approach

What a buyer can expect

Before award

  • Clarification questions submitted early, in writing, through the official channel
  • Mandatory requirements addressed explicitly and cross-referenced
  • Named resources with CVs mapped to the stated evaluation criteria
  • Pricing structured to the requested model with assumptions stated plainly

After award

  • Kickoff within five business days, with a delivery plan and named points of contact
  • Agreed reporting cadence with risks and issues raised early rather than at milestone
  • Change controlled formally — scope changes documented and approved before work begins
  • Handover package including documentation, credentials and knowledge transfer sessions
